Physical Products: If a physical product is damaged, defective on arrival, or missing, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange or refund. Shipping costs for returns or re-shipping may apply.
Digital Products: Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless there is a proven technical delivery failure.
For all refunds/returns the maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price paid.
